Sarnia Golf & Curling Club is the only private member club in the Sarnia-Lambton area, and we pride ourselves in providing outstanding service to our Members and their Guests.

As a club member, you will have the opportunity to enjoy 18-holes of immaculate greens and superbly manicured fairways amongst picturesque views throughout the settings of our property.
Our course allows for an exceptional golfing experience for players of all skill levels. Club Members have unlimited access to our full practice range, equipped with a separate chipping and short game area, as well as a large putting green steps away from the 1^st tee.

Golf course access and tee time booking is extremely simple for all our golf members. Our club utilizes what is arguably the best tee time software in the business and this makes viewing the tee sheet and booking tee times extremely user friendly for our members. Lottery requests can be made 7-days in advance and official tee times are then provided 3-days in advance.
With the use of the curling arena during the summer months, Sarnia Golf & Curling Club provides all full golf members with complimentary, convenient, and secure club storage and club cleaning services throughout the golf season.

The SGCC celebrated its 100^th anniversary of the Golf Course in 2012 and the club works diligently to make sure the future is brighter than ever, with continuous long-term planning to ensure the framework is sound for the next 100 years of golf at our Club.

All full golf members are provided the opportunity to a complimentary Social Membership for their spouse.

As a new golf member you will be provided with a complimentary season of curling following your first season as a new golf member.

Events

As a member club, event committees are made up of both members and club management. This committee structure provides our Club with the voice of the membership and allows us to create an event calendar that is fulfilling to all. Our yearly golf members calendar includes social events, league play opportunity, match play brackets, invitational events, member-guest events, and member championships.

As a community partner the SGCC hosts a handful of charitable tournaments each season, many of which our club members support very generously.

Family Friendly

To be a family focused premier club is one of the club’s strategic pillars, with the hope that our youngest members will turn into lifelong members, and will introduce the next generation of future golfers and curlers to the club. Our club offers a complete junior golf program that includes instructional opportunities, junior specific events, inter-club matches, and a new 9-hole “family tee” offering on holes 1 thru 9. The Sarnia Golf & Curling Club has a 3-phase junior membership category (10 & 11, 12-15 & 16-18). The different categories see our junior members progress with additional tee sheet access and reduced restrictions as their ages increase.

A new juvenile membership category has been added in 2022 that allows children (9 & under), who are either a child or grandchild of full golf member to join the club at no charge.

Practice Facilities

Our well-appointed practice facility provides members with the ideal environment to refine their game. The driving range features 14 grass and 9 artificial tee decks. Several strategically placed target greens provide realistic approach-shot simulations.

Short-game development is enhanced with a dedicated chipping green and two practice bunkers, designed to replicate a variety of lies. Additionally, a spacious putting green provides ample room to perfect stroke consistency and green-reading skills.

Whether warming up before a round or focusing on skill improvement, our practice facility ensures an exceptional experience for golfers of all levels.

Golf Shop

The golf shop at the Sarnia Golf & Curling Club offers its members and their guests a fully stocked shop with all the latest technology in both equipment and fashion. Our golf shop has a team that can properly fit equipment and provide full-service on-site club repairs. Fitting days are offered to our club members where the top golf club manufacturers are on-site to perform custom club fitting and demo days several times throughout the season.

We pride ourselves on providing knowledgeable and experienced service with all our retail experiences.

SGCC members and their guests receive a special member pricing program on equipment, apparel, shoes, and bags. Corporate offerings are also available, and we have access to thousands of items that we can personalize specifically for your business or special events.

Golf Instruction

Sarnia Golf and Curling Club has a fabulous team of Golf Professionals who offer golf instruction in both a private and/or group learning environment. Lessons for both our club member and non-members can be arranged by contacting our Pro Shop at 519 336-2201 ext. 234 or [email protected]

Golf Simulator

All club members have access to the private simulator room at our club. Additional fees are required for the simulator experience, and this is available 12-months of the year. During the winter months the SGCC simulator league play has become very popular for many of our club members, and this has proven to keep their swings tuned up during the winter months.
