Hole 9
Par 4 |
The final hole of the front-nine is a long Par 4. Favoring the left-center of this fairway will get you in position for a better approach to this two-tiered green. Out of bounds runs down the entire right-hand side of this great hole. Enjoy one of the nicest walks from tee to green before you take “the turn” to the back-nine. |

Where it began.
In 1907 a few enthusiasts laid out a nine-hole course with sand greens.
The only rule was that once you had played a green it was your duty to smooth out any footprints on the green by running over the "green" with a piece of carpet that was fastened to a brick.
