| The 11th hole is our “Signature Hole” and one of the most scenic on the entire golf course. Though short, it is protected by a large pond on the left-hand side that can be easily reached from the tee. The undulating green is well protected by bunkers and back dropped by large willow trees. |

Where it began.
In 1907 a few enthusiasts laid out a nine-hole course with sand greens.
The only rule was that once you had played a green it was your duty to smooth out any footprints on the green by running over the "green" with a piece of carpet that was fastened to a brick.
